Cancellation Policy
Any order placed with and accepted by Rosewood Asia Pacific Pty Ltd may be cancelled by customers only upon approval in a writing signed by an officer of Rosewood Asia Pacific Pty Ltd. A cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of order value will be charged. Rosewood Asia Pacific Pty Ltd will not be able to refund, return or exchange any goods once they have been delivered.
